Earth Fair at Whole Foods was great! Lots of people learned about our community garden, and left our table with beautiful origami packets containing marigold seeds, and with young cosmos grown from seed in the garden. The children left with seed necklace they’d made, and smiles on their faces! A lucky winner (stay posted) will win a garden plot!
It was great to make community connections. We reaped some wisdom from our “elders” at www.thefruitfulfield.org, the community garden in Pompano Beach.
